just wondering as i had a blood test that says i am post monoporse can you still tack vitam b complex
as i no hormons are a funny thing to most people even them with out anxeity issuses please let me no as i have seen vit b come up a fare bit on thos subject thanks trish

Hi Trish
I don't know of any reason why youm shouldn't take B complex during the menopause, but if you are still concerned ask in you health food store as I find they usually give very good advice.
