Well I have worried so much today that I don't even know what to write ............. the pain of this anxiety is often too big of a load .... now am worried about going crazy are doing bad things to myself and other people sigh i wish it would go away .... I wanna get better its affecting my family and partner I need .... well my worries change frequently so ............. i am just happy to find u guys .... to share with...... and I hope to recover soon .......... am truly distressed but I have read enough to know that I need to do some self help and to calm down am here trying do that ........... and study sigh ........ how is everyone doing?......
