Hi all,just found the website and got to say it's making me feel a little bit more reassured already.
Since October 2011 I've found it increasingly more difficult to swallow solid food and occasionally saliva as well. I don't have any lumps or pain in my throat just a sensation of pure panic when I initiate a swallow.
Distractions help but not always as I found out about 20 minutes a go hence why I'm here,looking for any advice or words of wisdom. Anyway going to have a bit more of a nosey around. :)
