left leg gone wierd and kinda nimb feels heavy and hard to lif

hey peeps as i said in the title my left leg has gone weird it feels kinda heavy and numb and hard to lift (its not hard to lift just feels it if that makes sence) anyone else had this?? xx

if after sitting a while it ca be common , I suffer from it due to bad back, sometimes worse if Ive sat and been crossed legged .

thanks for your reply :) it came on whilst standin and now its all over my body aswell xx

I had this the other weekend, I sat on it in a funny position and was strange for ages.

thats the thing hun i was standin when it came on :( iv had it before it feels horrible :( same as usual hun same old pains and wierd sensations xx
