Hello everyone,¨
I finally did it, I became a member :) I have been reading posts for quite a while and have found them immensely interesting to read.
The post I read are about panic attacks, more panic attacks during driving.
I have had them for about 8 years now and they started after my second car accident. I have seen psychologists and have been taking a medicine called Cipralexia for about 8 years now. Still suffering from panic attacks, I decided its time for action and hope my story will receive some support and tips from you guys. Great feeling to know I am not alone in this.

my panic attacks started when driving...but not due to accidents...

hi Stormsky,
I do still drive but catch myself avoiding it. Last week I drove 30 kms and went fine and yesterday I drove 5kms and it was living hell.
Should I start a new topic or do I just start my story here?
