Migrane?

I woke up this morning and felt fine, then about 11pm I had a headache it got worse while I was out. It was on the front then on the left hand side, pulsating/throbbing, worse when I was walking and talking I also felt a bit sick not alot but a bit off. By 3pm I reached for the tablets which has taken it off. I had a migrane 6 weeks ago but didn't feel sick and was on the right hand side.

Migraine can have many different effects including nausea and pains in different parts of the body. Hopefully you won't get them too often but it is worth thinking about possible triggers - what did you do, or eat etc? For example, if I go on the PC very first thing before I've woken up that can trigger a migraine. Did you skip breakfast, or have an extra strong coffee etc.?

Im sure you are really worried by headaches, but all your threads are the same worry.. you really need to see gp or get tests, as obviously the reassurance on here isnt going to be enough if you continually still worry every day...
