When I get really bad, feel really bad, Idk if it's anxiety related but I feel like I'm heavy, like I'm going to completely cramp up, my whole body.
I had it last night, I was twitching under the skin, I either thought I was goin to cramp or just stop having control over my body completely and just go limp. I decided to walk around the block but my left leg was too sore, it just felt like my calf muscle had cramped up.
I get it in my neck and everywhere D=
