Today was the dentist, late due to having to stand and 'gather myself', last night was problems with neighbours and the police, later today, ok you did that. New doc appoinment made who reccomends that because I have a couple of drinks a night just to sort of help me through some kinda sleep Im now a raving alcoholic who wants to refer me to a substance abuse concellor, thats great, have that on friday, boss of my works came round tonight wants a meeting thursday, to disscuss my absence from work, ok mind overload
