Hi, back from the doctors last night and the Dr is saying it is tension related, so it is time I accepted that however hard it is going to be. Have been referred for long term CBT which is good news, should hear tomorrow or Thursday on when it is going to begin.
Been listening to tips on here and now a big fan of peppermint tea it really does help to relax me.
I hope one day I wont have a headache but trying not to think about it.
