I am on day 19. What dose you on. And are you still feeling anxiety? I am a bit. and mornings are still hard.

I am on 50mg I did go upto 100 for a week but was terrible so went back down to 50.

She had a good send off the buffet was amazing chinese and everything else you could think of and free bar. lol

Felt my anxiety in the morning but I am trying to accept that. it isnt easy not one bit.

How are you? I know you have been feeling anxious and a bit down. As I said each day is different.

Cathy - you did well to attend a funeral - free booze - I take it you had diet coke! Yes felt crap today - very down and anxious and tearful was not too bad yesterday - strange? Hoping to up to 100mg at weekend - just feeling fed up being like this - day 11 - I guess we all feel like this - not on my own.

Cannot be bothered with anything at the moment - horrid feeling.

hi yes it is sertraline that i'm taking, i do feel that i have improved more this last week, less anxious etc so keep going with it. still got headaches though..

yes I am still anxious. taking each day.

and try and keep busy. of a day.

You are strong person Laura I can tell and you will soon start feeling better. I hope I do.
