been on sertraline 19 days now and still got bad head ?

Hey Paul, give it some time. It won't show it's effect before 1 month or so, that's what doctors say at least. It was also like that with me, I started getting very good results in 2-3 months.

If you mean feeling dizzy and having tension headaches, yeah. Before totally getting use to the medicine, one unfortunately feels a little like that. But they go away later.

If you want you can discuss with your dr, but I recommend you not to stop using your medicine. Read the recent topic about Sertraline. You may get more answers.
