Spend an hour or two getting yourself as relaxed as possible: jacuzzi, massage, hot bath, aromatherapy candles...whatever works for you.

And then try and summon up a panic attack!!

I've been going to the gym every morning and sitting in the jacuzzi. It really does help. Normally I don't give myself time to just sit there, I have to be doing something.

Ships in harbour are safe..but that's not what ships were built for.
