methol sensation

Just sitting in the bath n all of a sudden my neck area becomes very cold/mentholy feeling, it was quite disturbing. I have had this before and it comes and goes. My tongue does this also at times.

Can anyone shed any light on why this happens

i have had this and totally get what your describin hun i get it in random places but i could never describe it xx

it is when the muscle gets strained. I get that all the time if I sit too long in an awkward position. Normal.
