Spot/boil on bum

I've got a spot/boil under my bum cheek. Sometimes it's just pimples but mine has fared up. Not the first time urs happened anymore else had this?

The boil has went away twice but it's getting sore again. Is it normal for boils coming back in a week or two?

Pretty common I'd say Phil. Unless they become really painful, I'd just ignore them and leave well alone. Don't poke and prod at them.
