in the midst of panic

i used the restroom just now and when i laid back down i felt this pain like trapped wind way down in my body and a weird sort of painful fullness near my bladder i do have gas but i'm so convinced it's something else. is it possible for wind to be felt in those places? my urinary tract has never been affected by trapped gas before. man oh man i hate this :(

you can get aches and pains anywhere in your body for no reason and yeah it more than likely is trapped wind wont be anything serious try not to worry your fine :)
