View Full Version : Introduce Myself

Hello, My name is Lucy, I have joined the site a few months ago now, but only now do I come to introduce myself. I have been happily reading the other posts and taking the odd look into the chat room. I wasn't sure how the site worked to introduce myself anyway.
I suffer from various emotional problems, GAD, OCD, Dysthymia and also from mild Depression. I have until now refrained from the use of medications as when I used to take one or two they immediately made me feel so much worse. I find this condition holds me back so much in life as I also suffer from lack of confidence and self esteem and am always aware of my symptoms wherever I go. I would be happy to speak to anyone in a similar situation, particularly where I live in north east Scotland for support and just talking about things. After all, a problem shared is a problem halved, or so they say! Please feel free to PM me if I can help anyone out there, I would be very happy to do so. Thanks so much for listening and I hope you are all well today.
