Hi everyone
Had my first Cbt session today which was ok I suppose but I'm very doubtful it will work! Asked her about this frequent urination and wanted to know if she'd ever heard of this before and she hadnt so this did not reassure me :( she said it will prob just go on it's own but I've had it from oct 2011 :( , she did explain how adrenaline effects your body but the urination didn't come into it?????
