symptoms that quickly change

Hi every1

been feeling alot better 2day but still had an ache in my arm, anyway i went to the school and the pain went but as soon as i noticed it, i had an ache in my leg, its like the pain transfers, it does my head in, i worry that i have a travelling clot or something, i been having this for about 3 weeks now, its all been since my friend died,

does any1 else get this??

I have an ability to totally accelerate any symptom i have at the time leanne. I can notice something, think about it, have something else on my mind then it goes then it comes back months or weeks later & im convinced its been there all the time but i just didnt notice! Then i think ive left it too long & its gonna be real bad, then i panic and cant go to the docs because i would rather brush it under the carpet. Going out drinking makes it tens times worse & i could barely even use my arm a few weeks ago because it hurt so much. A couple of days after that i cracked completely after googling & my sister calmed me down bless her, i took a Diazapam pill i had left from 2 yrs ago & it all lifted almost immediately. It was absolutely wonderful! I have been fine with that symptom since, its gone! & i really cant see what went wrong but that symptom was very real at the time! It was there! Its completely weird [:I] Its breaking that cycle hun, once its broken you will be fine...until the next time [V]

leanne i get this and have that fear as well

im sure its nothing. it is not the pain but the fear of it that keeps us in this horrible vicious circle
