hi all need advice on anxiety attick .can not get on chat as on my nintemdo ds .breathing relly fast and my cheast and bra are hurting if some one can messege me that will be great x

Hi Lucy, sounds like you are getting into a little panic hun....breathe slowly and deeply or into a paper bag if you have one handy. It's normal for your chest to hurt. Have you had this before? Let me know you are ok. Kitti x
