I am new to this site and a little unsure how it works. Can anyone please give me some advice? I'm in throws of a horrible panic attack and I don't know how to stop it. Please help.:weep:

The best place to post for some support would be one of the anxiety forums. In the introduce yourself section, you will generally get lots of warm welcomes but not necessarily the answers you are requesting.

I know you'll find lots of people here who understand exactly what you're going through and I hope it helps you.
