hi i would like some reassurance really i suffer panic attacks and anxiety and since iv been on my iron tabs they went from 3 panic attacks a day to once every couple of weeks but i ran out of iron tabs for 3 days and got my panic and anxiety back iv started taking them again today and after my second iron tablet i was sat on chair about an hour later and all of sudden i was really panicky and felt hyper i had racing thoughts weird feelings in chest i couldnt sit still and still feel odd now its freaking me out i dont know wether to take a propranalol as i havent took them in over a month as iv got rid of em on my own but really want this feeling to go also i got a cold and feel quite fluey which isnt helping thankyou for reding and sorry for going on hope everyone is well x:)
