Hi I have been getting what I can only describe as sciatica type nerve pain in my lower back. It is on both sides and sometimes spreads down towards my legs. I get it intermittently throughout the day but it is worse now as I lay on my front in bed? I also get a numb tingly feeling in my legs. Any one had this?

Sounds like you may have trapped a nerve maybe?

However Kirsty, that was one of my "symptoms" when I was at my worst with my anxiety - nasty low back pain into the tops of my legs and pins and needles in feet.

Hope you are ok xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

i hurt my back few yrs ago and have constant trapped siactica nerve in left leg... but you can suffer it on and off with no particular reason, sneezing can trap nerves for instance

Yes, I had that just a month ago, walking, walking and more walking was the only thing helped, I hope you feel better soon! :)
