Does anyone get this tingling

One of the main physical anxiety symptoms I get is like a tingling in my backside/bowel area. Does anyone else get that??? It's like a creeping pins and needles feeling. It comes and goes and leads to me feeling anxious, a bit like making your insides go to liquid and needing the loo. Makes the stools go loose.
Does anyone else specifically get tingling in this area? Can't find anything on the net about it but maybe it's just the adrenalin.

It sounds a bit different to what I sometimes get, a almost pain like feeling in my rear around the anus that can even make it difficult to sit, it generally lasts very briefly so it's not generally a big deal and doesn't at all seem to be related to my bowel movements, not sure how relevant this is to your post but wondered if you had something similar.
