going out....again!

I know i always post on here just before going out, but it helps to write it down.....going out with the girls tonight....ive managed before..but it's always a struggle and i cant relax until i have had a ton of alcohol!

so here goes....
please sod off anxiety and let me have a good night!

You should be proud that you're going out - I'm not quite there yet.. Also, concerning your alcohol intake; remember that alcohol is a depressant and especially if you're on medication, you could end up feeling twice as anxious (which can be quite scary). Good luck, but stay safe!

thanks, the night was good, a slight struggle to start but went ok, im not on medication but i know alcohol makes everything worse! It does relax you though!
