Tension headache or neck related??

I suddenly started to feel as if my head was being squezed in a vice or I was wearing a really really tight hat, worse at back of head where it joins neck. then I got intense tingling sensations in scalp, to the point of it feeling as if something was walking over head or as if my scalp was shivering. My jaw joints also feel very tight as if I am clenching my teeth although I am not.
My temples feel as if they are being compressed.

I do have bad arthritis in neck and weird head sensations are one of the symptoms I have had in the past but I also know people on here have mentioned having these type of sensations and their necks are healthy.

I also feel unsteady if when I move my head.

try tilting your head back for 5 secs , bring it normal and turn to the right for 5 secs , and then repeat to left and then back to normal and touch your chest with your chin, shrugging your shoulders up to your ears can help also , nice and slowly and relaxed , dont want to hurt yourself
