dry eye syndrome

Hi all
im new to this so please bare with me.
I've been a worrier all my life and suffer from psoriasis and anxiety.
over the last year or so my eyes felt strained and stung and i had blurred vision, especially after looking at my phone screen or computer.
i had my eyes tested has recieved a pair of distance glasses for driving and another pair for reading.
the glasses are fine but i still get sore eyes when looking at my phone or computer and my vision still gets blurred.
i went back to opticians who told me my eyes were same as before but that i could be suffering from dry eye syndrome.
has anyone heard of this and what the symptoms are.

Hi, I have the same dry eye syndrome. Sore itchy eyes that sometimes sting or water/ My gp gave me false tear drops which are great. I dont use them everyday but they help when needed. Celluvisc they are called if you need to get some. regards.
