Hi been on this site a few years but never realy introduced myself.I have been suffering with anxiety and panic attacks since i was 17 i am now 34. Have used this site on and off over the last few years and there are some lovely people on here willing to help and advise you it realy does help having somwhere to share your experience with others.
Had a few years where i felt alot better but recently felt unwell again. Mothers day got me yesterday after i lost my mum six years ago i keep obsseseing getting anxious about remembering her things we did together, worrying ive forgot what shes sounds like etc. Wonder if any one else has trouble remembering there deceased loved ones and is it normal?? im worrying again lol thats all i do i think.
