hi everyone, omg had paramedics out today chest pain dizzy pains every where. ecg was fine so why do i still have all the symptoms from 6am this morning. i feel like im dying i have bad pain in chest and upper back arms and head. dizzy hot/cold fast/slow heart beat palpitations just feeling unreal. this is horrible plz some one help me.

your mind and body are 'sensitized' and the fact that you are fearing these symptoms perpetuates them.

if the paramedics gave you the all clear then your symptoms will be anxiety related (nothing that can actually hurt you). if in doubt see your doc.
