Hi everyone,
My name is Raquel, and I am so glad to have found this forum! I have enjoyed reading your posts, and I am glad I am not alone in having panic attacks and "strange" thoughts.
I have suffered from panic attacks since I was a child. My main phobias/things that cause panic attacks for me are: travelling on motorways, train travel and air travel.
I was prescribed Lorazepam for my fear of flying, and I find this works well, and I was offered CBT and hypnosis to treat the panic attacks I suffer on trains and in vehicles on a motorway. unfortunately, neither of which worked in my case.
