Pain in side of neck, Help please.

Hello, I have a pain/ache/weird feeling in the side of my neck, its making my shoulder and arm ache and making me worry. I feel all tingly and anxious, I know that that's all it is really just anxiety but I can't help but feel scared. Its horrible.
What should I do, any reassuring advice would be much appriciated.

anxiety at its best , all you can o try relax , hot bath maybe , I find paracetamol does nothing but you could try perhaps it may just ease a bit

I agree, I get this a lot from tension and anxiety. It makes your muscles tight and painful.
