Dizzyness!!

Hello, so ive been given tablets from the doctor for 'vertigo' but this dizzyness feeling is getting to me, think its mainly my anxiety making it worse but im so worried :( it feels as tho im walking sideways almost.. its worse when i sit down tho? please help!

Hiya hun, it might well be labyrinthitis, which is an inner ear infection. I started with it last October. Some peoples symptoms clear up really quick and usually the dizzyness only lasts a couple of days but you can feel unbalanced and foggy for a while after.
