solar plexus interest

has anyone else noticed how tense their solar plexus is?
Mine pulsates and is all knotted until I deep breathe into my stomach, keeping my chest still, i keep my hand on my solar plexus and after about the fourteenth deep breath I feel it start to slow down and unknot.
Just thought Id share this as i've been finding it pretty useful for trying to unwind.

Thanks for sharing this - yes, I do experience a very frozen feeling around my solar plexus. Like nothing is moving at all and my breath is very very shallow. I also have a very tense abdomen and my muscles there feel in total spasm at times. I will try your technique while trying to relax. Sounds very helpful.
