Hi I am new to this site. But have learned a lot more about panic attacks and their symptoms on this site and feel that I now know so much more and will be able to monitor my initial fears by how they affect my body. I have suffered with panic attacks over the last two years, but happy to say that I am improving every day and take every day as a new challange to over come my fears. :)

@jimsmrs.. no I have not been on any medication. The Doctor I Saw said that he was not in favour of medication, but gave me 4 antidepressant tablets and told me to take only a half when I started to feel bad. But encouraged me to deal with the problem that caused my panic attacks. I am very thankfull that I did take his advise. It was stress induced.
