I have the same problem and have suffered it for many years, so please know you are not alone.

It sounds like you have it bad so don't bottle it in, let us know all about it and maybe we can share our own thoughts and coping stragegies with you. SAAD (social anxiety avoidance disorder) is a serious problem and it is often impossible to cure it but there are ways to lessen it and make life liveable and worthwhile.

So, take your time, write about it here, over to you.
