yes, I can empathise with that - I'm sure most of us here can! I guess it's one of the symptoms that we all think we are the only ones who feel like it and noone has got it as bad. reading the threads here will soon let you know that you are not alone and that there are people out there who understand and will be able to support you.

Hiya, sorry to read that you're feeling alone. It's pretty frightening to go through any sort of anxiety or depression but you can rest assured you're not alone. Is there someone at home or work you can spend some time talking through your problems with? I kept all my bad thoughts and feelings to myself because I didn't want people to think I was crazy and it made me feel so lonely and isolated. I've since told a few people how I've felt and they have been so supportive. It's that old saying "a problem shared is a problem halved". They might not be able to fix anything but it's a relief just to talk. Hope this helps xx
