Can anemia cause anxiety?

Hi everyone,
I was just wondering if anemia can cause anxiety? About a year ago before all this started I went to the doctors and he said I had Angular cheilitis, its an eczema at the sides of your mouth and he said it is from being anemic. He told me to go for a blood test which I stupidly didn't. This Angular cheilitis has cleared up now but I was wondering if I was anemic can it just go away? or could this cause problems with anxiety?

hi, not sure if anaemia causes anxiety but i would go for a blood test just to be sure, i also suffer with angular cheilitis and i take sanatogen multi vitamins which seems to have helped.
