Weird palpatations

Anxiety felt great all night now I'm in bed can feel my heart beat going fast wen I touch my heat fels like its oing mad I'm to anxious or anything but I am feeling nauseous witch is weird :mad:

ok in a way mate was abit weird doing that to be honest woke up today fine but still feel as if i have palps coming again

hii i get palpatations when i go to bed what i do is deep breath and say to myself that they will pass and just lie there and let it pass watch some telly or read x:D
