someone plz help i feel like i cant breath feel like im dying. chocking feeling tight chest. pains dizzy am i dying or is it anxiety

Sounds like anxiety hun ive had this feeling so many times its horrid. Try and distrate yourself i know its hard. Have u tried blowing into paper bag?

i just keep getting it. it feels like i cant breath like someone got hands round throat chest is tight and heavy feel dizzy. shakes just cant stop the feeling it so bad im so scared

ive had it for years its defo anxiety its horrible isnt it as anx mum said try to distract yourself its the best way you can breath its because your aware of it try to relax and breath through your stomach it will pass
