Having a panic now!!!

Hi everyone, my stomach has bloated up quite big and Im getting slight pains in my chest and bad pains in my back and ribs which has sent me into a massive panic!!! Im pacing the room gone hot considering a doctor.....I hate this so much. Its worse when I sit down, I know a lot of you get this, Im think im posting this to keep myself busy....should I go A&E or sit it out??????

Try and relax, easy but try as much as u can, i am feeling the same here, stomach pain, dizzy, weak and shaky...Hope you are feeling better though. Many hugs x x x x

I'm ok now thanks, quite tired as I didnt sleep much - you should get some lemsip down u
