Hi there, My name is Leah. Im 16 years old and I have been suffering from panic attacks.

I joined this site in hope for an answer and hopefully someone has the same problems as me....Wait no that sounded horrible. Let me re-type that.

Hopefully someone could help me out by also experiancing the same problems.

These are the symptoms that I suffer from and I honestly dont know what is causing this.

1. Dizziness
2. Headache
3. Dry mouth/ hard to swallow
4. I feel unsafe outside my own home
5. I dont like going out.
6. I dont like being on my own
7. Im scared of being scared :O
8. I hate small places.
HELP!!! :mad:
