What happened ?

not sure what happened to me this morning rideing to work on my push bike and i got them like hard pulpitations were it feels like you heart thuds hard it lasted for about 10 seconds aswell good few beats really paniced me.

now its left me with a sore chest and im abit worried if it will happen again today as it really made me panic anyone else ever experianced these palpatations was really scary:weep:

I think I have experienced this but only very mildly. Yours does sound a bit worse as mine would only last for a couple of beats but they did feel irregular and stronger if that makes sense. Just thought I would let you know your not alone,
