Hello! My name is Steel and I'm in my third year at uni. :)
It's almost been a year since I had my first panic attack. I am doing much better since then, but I cannot get rid of this general feeling of anxiety I've got and my sleeping schedule's at another all-time low. I think I'm just really obsessive with every ache and pain I feel and keep wondering if it's anything serious. Some of my friends and even my dad have called me a hypochondriac because of it... :blush:
Anyway, given how I've been lurking so long reading threads and posts of people with similar problems as mine, I decided to sign up and see what comes out of it. So it's nice to meet you all and you'll probably see me around every so often...
