Hi
I'm 40, married with no kiddiewinks. I have congenital cardiomyopathy where I have ectopics, ventricular tachycardia and fibrillation. I have an implantable defibrillator which sends an electric shock when needed. Unfortunately due to an unstable patch I developed extreme anxiety, agoraphobia and am paranoid/phobic around anything that can affect my defibrillator.

It's very scary because the symptoms are almost identical, flush, dizzy, tight chest, breathlessness and the hammering heart.

It's left me isolated and depressed although it's a comfort to finally find like minded people who understand what i'm going through!:D
