really need help!?

just used listerine clear mint mouthwash and now my gums/under tounge are all dry and horrible feeling.
really anxious.
also have a dry spot in throat further down.
really worrying im hacing an allergic reaction.
it was a new bottle. usually tastes really stong/but was very weak and mild.

Sometimes those mouth washes can be really strong and make your mouth feel like this as they are too harsh. Next time dilute it half and half with water and it should be ok then. Many times I've used mouth washes and its caused this sensation in my mouth xx

Try not to use it too strong or too often... and preferably by a mouthwash thats NOT antibacterial and is alcohol free.

Some strong ones, Listerine Antibacterial for example, can upset the natural flora in your mouth and cause an overgrowth in bad bacteria. Like the other person said, dilute it. Rinse your mouth thoroughly afterwards... and try not to use it more than every other day.

I guess some people have sensitive tongues and mouths when it comes to those things. Remember, there are active ingredients in those things. Try using the milder oknes, dear. :)
