Long Time Sufferer but just realising it all!!!

Hi there...this last bout of "depression" started about a year ago but finally broke in January...gave up being self employed and my part time work and I am trying to get to grips with it all...finally come to realise and understand that I have been like this most of my life...since a little girl, (now 51)...I have a 12 year old and I am now scared to death of what is going on, what will go on, how he is coping with it, now and in the future, and how I can find what I need to take one day at a time...oh yeah and "HIYA"...lol...yes at times I can have a sense of humour but that's usually only because peeps don't take on if you're depressed...:blush::blush::blush:

Looks like you have been suffering for a long time and you have had lots to deal with. I hope you are getting some professional help, but this site is also really good for advice, sharing your worries and helping others too. I hope you find it as beneficial as I have. Some lovely people here.
