hi im simon.im 38 and suffer from anxiety caused by ilnnesses.used to be so outgoing but then got epilepsy and had to give up my job.then had tia at 34 also got arthritus etc so suffer a lot with anxiety as my wife does also

Hi Simon:welcome: to the site - you will get loads of support on here. So sorry you are having a rough time - not surprised you have anxiety with everything you are going through.

Anxiety is horrid I have had it since 1985 try to keep it under control with meds but going through a hard time at the moment - basically my antidepressants stopped working after 15 years due to a bereavement and have been messed about with meds since - making me worse!
