View Full Version : The return of..... anxiety

Hi all. the past couple of days I felt as if i was beating this anxiety malarchy, I felt like i was thinking straight and rationally. However that all changed today. My health anxieties have been on my mind again and what seemed irrational yesterday and the day before seem real again.

Any advice guys? How do i stay on the mend?

Its normal to have good days then a bad... part of recovery...
dont dwell on the bad, just say ok a bad day, and let it go.... dwelling on it will put you back in anx... i felt great yesterday, today im ok but not like i was yesterday...but im not gona let it get me down!

Yep just concentrate your thinking on your good days, and how you felt on those days... thats what i do.
