hi all im alec actually found this site by accident was looking for help and advice about atos medical apeal process although i and my daughter suffer from anxiety issuses my main illness is chronic heart disses and have unstable angina i just recieved phone call telling me i just failed the atos medical lol :ohmy: such a suprise huh? anyway if anyone can give any advice or help i would be very grateful :winks:

a family member of mine has needed a joint replacement for 18 years from being a child, but they say shes too young so is struggling and atos failed her too!!

the whole atos medical exam is designed so u fail its imposible (unless ur litraly dying) to pass it :mad:

You can appeal against the atos decision, about 30% of appeals do win.
