Hiya =)
Haven't been on here in a few weeks so thought i would give some of you an update and hopefully a little hope =)
- still going to college and doing really well. I did my first assignment a few weeks ago and I got the highest mark which was a distinction =) really pleased
- managed to get a job and worked 10 hours every sunday but due to them not paying me (little buggers) i had to quit
- now in the process of looking for another job
- been on coaches and busses which i hadn't been able to do =)
- got my provisional license so will be learning to drive any day now!
- stopped seeing hypnotherapist due to her irritating me - i'd rather be irritated than panicky i suppose haha
and yeah =)
doesn't sound like a lot but if you saw how i was 6 months ago , you'd be amazed.
If you are struggling don't give up , face you fears and phobias and just say to yourself "You know what , stuff this i'm getting my life back"
