Im so scared right now! Its a hot day and im absoloutly freezing! :(

well since last night ive been gettin cold chills down my back all of a sudden i went to bed and today i have been soooo cold keep getting these chills down my back and its really scaring me i feel like crying right now...is it my anxiety? i have been worrying abit lately cause i havnt been able to breathe (anxiety) that went off then pain on my side thats gone off and now this! will i be okay?!

Have you taken your temperature? I would book a doctor's appointment - it could just be anxiety, but it could also be you're coming down with an illness (probably just something like the flu).
